We tallied deaths, injuries, serious injuries, modes, locations, hours, and contributing factors from those fields. Data was last ingested Sep 17, 2025. A driver in an SUV turned left on Hollis Court Blvd at 50 Ave. He hit a 55-year-old woman on an e-bike going straight. She suffered fatal chest injuries.
A 55-year-old woman riding an e-bike was killed after a driver in an SUV made a left turn on Hollis Court Blvd at 50 Ave in Queens and hit her as she went straight south. According to the police report, both were traveling south and the SUV’s right front quarter panel hit the e-bike’s left front. The rider was ejected and suffered fatal chest injuries. Police recorded all contributing factors as “Unspecified” and cited no driver error. The crash took the cyclist’s life and left another block marked by a turn gone wrong.

On Kissena and Rose, a driver in a Toyota SUV turned right and hit an older couple crossing with the signal. Their bodies took the blow. Police recorded Failure to Keep Right by the driver.
A 55-year-old man driving a 2018 Toyota SUV north on Kissena Boulevard turned right onto Rose Avenue and hit a 68-year-old man and a 63-year-old woman in the intersection. Both were pedestrians. According to the police report, the driver struck them with the left front bumper as they crossed with the signal. Police recorded Failure to Keep Right by the driver as a contributing factor. The report also lists “Pedestrian/Bicyclist/Other Pedestrian Error/Confusion” after the driver’s error, even though both pedestrians were logged as crossing with the signal. Both pedestrians suffered crush injuries to their entire bodies. The driver reported no injuries, and the SUV was listed with no damage.

On 164th Street at Goethals, a right-turning sedan driver cut across and hit a northbound e-bike rider. The 25-year-old flew from the frame. Skin ripped. Metal crushed. Sirens tore into the Queens dark.
A driver in a sedan turned right from eastbound 164th Street onto Goethals Avenue and hit a 25-year-old man riding an e-bike north, going straight. The crash threw the rider from the bike and left his entire body cut open with severe lacerations. He stayed conscious. According to the police report, contributing factors were “Driver Inattention/Distraction” and “Other Vehicular.” Police recorded driver inattention by the motorist as a key factor. The sedan’s right front bumper hit the e-bike’s left side. Another vehicle occupant was listed with an unspecified injury. No other injuries were documented in this Queens crash.

A Honda SUV driver blacked out on Kissena and plowed ahead. Metal folded. Glass spat. The driver took crush wounds. A man beside him rode out hurt in the lone-car ruin.
A 43-year-old man driving a 2023 Honda SUV south on Kissena Boulevard at Booth Memorial Avenue crashed in a single-vehicle wreck. He suffered crush injuries to his entire body. A 38-year-old male occupant was also listed as injured, with unspecified injuries. According to the police report, police recorded “Lost Consciousness” by the driver as a contributing factor. The report lists “Lost Consciousness” again as a contributing factor for the injured occupant. Records show the driver held a valid New York license and the SUV showed center front-end impact and damage. The data lists no pedestrians or cyclists among the injured in this crash, only the driver and the other occupant inside the SUV.
