We used NYC Open Data’s Motor Vehicle Collisions datasets (Crashes h9gi‑nx95, Persons f55k‑p6yu, Vehicles bm4k‑52h4). We filtered crashes to the period 2022‑01‑01 through 2025‑09‑03 and to Council District 38 using a district boundary overlay, then counted totals and modes. We extracted data on Sep 3, 2025.
