How were these numbers calculated?

We used NYC’s Motor Vehicle Collisions datasets for Crashes, Persons, and Vehicles (NYC Open Data). We filtered for Police Precinct 66 and the period Jan 1, 2022–Sep 24, 2025. We derived counts of deaths, injuries, contributing factors, hours, and locations from those filtered records. Data accessed Sep 24, 2025.
